The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program, acting on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 for FY’22 Highway Supplies and Services.  Bids are due 3 PM, Thursday, May 27, 2021. Packages available by request at 413-442-1521 x 23, or at grouppurchasing@berkshireplanning.org

Bids must be mailed to BRGPP c/o Berkshire Regional Planning Commission, Suite 201, Pittsfield, MA 01201, and received no later than 3 PM, Thursday, May 27, 2021.  Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud.

Bids submitted must be sealed and clearly marked ‘BRGPP’ for each category, respectively:

“FY22-05 Guard Rail & Posts (Products Only Delivered)”;

“FY22 Guard Rail & Posts (Products & Installation)”;

“FY22-07 Line Painting”;

“FY22-08 Road Crack Sealing Services”;

“FY22-09 Stone Seal (Applied in Place)”;

“FY22-14,15,16,17 Fuel Products”; and

FY22-18 Catch Basin and Line-Jetting.

All bids for services are subject to the prevailing wage rates as per Mass. General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive and Chapter 30, Section 39M, and a 5% bid deposit is required, in the form of bid bond or certified check, unless specified in the bid package.

All Bidders must be pre-qualified by the MassDOT Highway Department for the following bids:

“FY22-06 Guard Rail & Posts (Products & Installation)”;
“FY22-07 Line Painting”;
“FY22-08 Road Crack Sealing Services”;
“FY22-09 Stone Seal (Applied in Place)”.
