Full time off-site nurse working to prevent disease, reduce the effects of preventable chronic diseases and premature death, and improve quality of life. Duties performed on behalf of Berkshire Public Health Alliance (BPHA) member municipalities include vaccination clinics, surveillance, disease and health event investigation and case finding of reportable diseases, and health education and wellness activities.
