The TIP is the prioritized five-year program for the implementation of federally funded transportation projects in Berkshire County. The TIP implements the region’s long-range transportation plan by programing federal-aid funds for transit, highways, bridges, transportation enhancements, bike paths, safety, and air quality improvements. The TIP projects list is updated annually.

At this workshop, you will learn about the TIP process: The steps involved, from “Project Identification” by the Towns to the projects listed in the TIP document for implementation.
