ODCR and the Highway Division is facilitating a Listening Session Series across the state via the six districts to hear from the prime companies, subcontractors, DBE-MBE-WBE community, and the communities-at-large. The purpose is to hear any feedback, concerns, suggestions, or questions including workforce development opportunities, per-apprenticeship, or doing business with MassDOT.
