The purpose of this Design Public Hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the Superstructure Replacement of the Bridge S-10-024 located on County Road over Ironworks Brook in Sheffield, MA. All views and comments made at the hearing will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.

The purpose of this project is to improve public safety and maintain through-travel on County Road by replacing the deteriorating bridge over Ironwork Brook. The replacement bridge will remain in the same general alignment, and the substructure will be modified, reinforced, and reused.
