Every four years, the Berkshire Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) updates the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), sometimes referred to as a Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). This plan looks at up to 20 years into the future to determine the region’s long-range transportation needs and what projects should be recommended and budgeted.
