The Climate Career Lab is partnership with Ethos Pathways to build career pathways into climate resilient workforce from high school onward. It works with High School students to channel climate anxiety into a career choice whether right out of college or through a four-year career. The Climate Career Lab introduces students to the variety of jobs in Berkshire County that contribute to regional climate resilience and builds the skills necessary to make their next step toward their career path.
