The Municipal Culvert Replacement Project Development is designed to provide municipalities support with priority culvert replacement projects This support includes completion of culvert assessments, preparation of grant applications and project. In addition, towns can receive support with sourcing funding for culvert replacement construction or town supported and identified stormwater and invasive plant management projects at culvert replacement project locations.
