BRPC Qualified Environmental Professional RFP

The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) is seeking a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to provide technical support and conduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments and Site Reuse & Cleanup Planning.  This work is funded through a federal Brownfields Assessment Program Grant (4B00A00809) from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA).

BRPC requires the services of a qualified environmental professional to provide technical support and conduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments including Hazardous Building Materials Surveys and Site Reuse & Cleanup Planning toward completing objectives of their Community-wide Brownfields Assessment Project (4B00A00809) as outlined in BRPC’s Workplan.  Specific sites and activities will be approved throughout the grant period and the QEP will be expected to provide site specific scopes of work and associated budgets at the direction of BRPC and EPA throughout the grant period.
