March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness month and knowledge and compassion creates a better world for us all. Cerebral Palsy is a group of conditions that affects a person’s ability to move, maintain balance and posture. The MA Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP) is a state-funded loan program that can help families or individuals living with CP live more comfortably in a home adapted for their unique needs.
