Public Records Request Procedure
The Massachusetts Public Records Law (Public Records Law) and its Regulations provide that each person has a right of access to public records. To request a public record, contact the Records Access Officer with your detailed request for access to BRPC’s Public Records. Please send requests to both Records Access Officers listed below. In addition, send requests to info@berkshireplanning.org. Requests should follow the template shown on the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s website: Making a Request for Public Records.
