Melissa Provencher manages the Environmental and Energy program including the Berkshire Brownfields Program, supervising BRPC’s Environmental and Energy staff and providing leadership and guidance on technical aspects of Environmental and Energy programs. Melissa develops and administers the Environmental and Energy Program budget.
