BRPC gives the Kusik Award annually to projects, groups, or individuals who have made outstanding contributions to planning in Berkshire County. This annual award honors the late Charles Kusik, a resident of the Town of Richmond. For over three decades, Charles Kusik placed his expert imprint on the zoning bylaws of nearly every town in the Berkshires.
