BRPC has entered into an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Great Barrington to provide grant management for their EPA funded Brownfields Community-wide Assessment Grant. BRPC will work cooperatively with the Town and EPA. BRPC will assist with the procurement of a qualified environmental professional (licensed site professional). Environmental assessments may include ASTM Phase I and Phase II Assessments, Hazardous Building Materials Surveys, and remedial action planning at eligible sites in the Town of Great Barrington.
