The FY25 South County CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program, administered by BRPC, will rehabilitate up to 15 homes in New Marlborough, Otis, and Mount Washington for low to moderate income homeowners. These funds are provided to the Town of New Marlborough by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), which in turn receives funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
