The AARP Capacity Building Microgrant will allow us to hold an in-depth workshop for seniors in Berkshire County to learn more about making accessibility modifications to their homes. The result will be an individual consultation with our Housing Rehabilitation Specialist to guide them through potential modification projects on their home and how to apply for funding from the Home Modification Loan Program. We anticipate that at least 30 seniors will benefit from these services thanks to AARP.
