The Career Lab is a partnership with Ethos Pathways to build career pathways into the workforce from high school onward. It works with High School students to facilitate career choice, whether right out of college or through a four-year career. The Career Lab introduces students to the variety of jobs in Berkshire County and builds the skills necessary to make their next step toward their career path.
