BRPC has been hired to develop a Crisis Emergency Risk Communication (CERC) guide and/or SOP specific to Berkshire County and exercise it. Tasks include a training to promote awareness, development of a region-wide plan and customizable municipal templates, and an HSEEP compliant workshop to exercise the plan.
