USDA
The FY25 CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Programs in Florida, Hinsdale, New Marlborough, Mount Washington, and Otis, administered by BRPC, will rehabilitate up to 25 homes across all 5 towns for low to moderate income homeowners. These USDA funds are provided to BRPC to help make other CDBG-funded program funds go further and reach more low to moderate income homeowners.
