Williamstown Housing Authority
The Williamstown HA will partner with BRPC to recruit, hire, and train a digital literacy teacher to deliver AARP’s OATS curricula to residents and will supervise the teacher to ensure a positive experience for residents. Residents will be interviewed to determine learning content and participate in regular learning assessments. Participants will be invited to discussions with Williamstown HA leadership to explore how learning can continue after the grant period ends.
