The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission’s (BRPC) financial statements are audited annually by an independent certified public accountant. The audit is conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America; the standards applicable to financial audits in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States; and, when applicable, the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200 (Uniform Guidance).
For fiscal year 2025, BRPC received an unmodified (“clean”) audit opinion on its financial statements.
