Community Planner


Dynamic and motivated individual sought for a Planner position in the Community Planning Program. This position involves local and regional land use planning, comprehensive planning, housing planning, open space and recreation planning, and related work. The Planner is a staff support person for multiple complex planning projects. 

Public Health Nurses


The Berkshire Public Health Alliance is seeking backup, on call, part-time Public Health Nurses. Back up nurses may assist with disease investigation, contact tracing, administration of vaccinations, TB Directly Observed Therapy or other public health nursing duties.

Epidemiologist


Berkshire Public Health Alliance Epidemiologist – Berkshire County, Full Time The Berkshire Public Health Alliance, a regional collaborative of 24 municipalities, and its fiscal host, Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC), seek a full-time, benefited Alliance Epidemiologist to support the Board of Health and Alliance Public Health Nurse (PHN) response to COVID-19 and other diseases by providing disease surveillance, contact tracing, data collection and management, analytics, data reporting and support for multiple, innovative programs that assist Boards of Health (BOH) in meeting their public health mandates. In addition, the Alliance Epidemiologist will help BRPC’s Public Health Program collect and analyze public health data to identify disease trends and effective interventions in a variety of other areas.
