Invitation for Bids
FY’22 HIGHWAY SUPPLIES & SERVICES

The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program, acting on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 for FY’22 Highway Supplies and Services.  Bid packages are available by request at 413-442-1521 x 23, or at grouppurchasing@berkshireplanning.org

Bids must be mailed to BRGPP c/o Berkshire Regional Planning Commission, Suite 201, Pittsfield, MA 01201, and received no later than 3 PM, Thursday, June 17, 2021.  Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud via zoom.

Bids submitted must be sealed and clearly marked ‘BRGPP’ for each category, respectively: “FY22-01 Aggregates & Loam”; “FY22-02 Cold Patch”;“FY22-03 Calcium Chloride or Magnesium Chloride”; “FY22-04 Culverts”; “FY22-10 Hot Mix Asphalt”; “FY22-11 Winter Rock Salt”; “FY22-12 Winter Sand”; “FY22-13 Liquid Magnesium.”

As the awarding authority, the Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program and its participants reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part, and to take whatever action is deemed most favorable to the best interest of the participants.  Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids.  All bids will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation or disability.  The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
