BRPC RFP Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Action Plan Development

The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission is requesting proposals from transportation planning and engineering firms for consultation services related to the preparation of a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. The full RFP is available HERE.

Proposals must be mailed and submitted to Berkshire Regional Planning Commission, 1 Fenn Street Suite 201, Pittsfield, MA 01201, and are due by Monday, November 13th at 5 PM.  Proposals will then be opened and scored. Proposals submitted must be sealed and clearly marked ‘BRPC SS4A’. Late submissions will not be accepted.

As the awarding authority, the Berkshire Regional Planning Commission and its funding partners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in total or in part, and to take whatever action is deemed most favorable to the best interest of BRPC and its partners. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All bids will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
