Berkshire Regional Planning Commission, on behalf of the Berkshire Public Health Alliance, is working together to improve food safety in the region.

Many foodborne illnesses are not reported or correctly diagnosed. The ones that are reported and tested tend to be more serious or in vulnerable individuals.
