The Berkshire Public Health Alliance is a shared-services arrangement established in 2011 to strengthen public health across the county. The Alliance currently provides public health nursing services to 18 municipalities and full environmental/inspectional services to 10, along with managing regional grants. The Berkshire-Hampden Public Health Training Hub is one of 10 regional hubs in Massachusetts offering hands-on training and support to public health staff in Berkshire and Hampden Counties.
