BRPC will provide grant management services to the Town of Adams for the Town’s EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant. The Town has identified the Rt. 8 corridor as the Target Area and has identified four priority sites including a long vacant former paper mill (Curtis Fine Papers), a former retail gasoline and service station (26 Commercial Street), and 2 former cotton mills (Berkshire Mills Complex). Additional sites may also be identified throughout the course of the project.
