BRPC is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Air Quality Monitoring and Support Services under an EPA-funded Enhanced Air Quality Monitoring for Communities grant. This solicitation is bid in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B and 2 CFR 200. BRPC requires indoor and outdoor air quality sensors that operate with a platform for real-time data reporting accessible to the BRPC-AQ Team, along with a public-facing, web-based platform for sharing this data with the community. BRPC is seeking to purchase equipment. Bid packages are available starting Tuesday, May 27, 2025, through BRPC’s OpenGov online procurement portal found at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berkshire-planning. Bids must be submitted through the online procurement portal no later than June 16, 2025 at 5PM.
