Request for Qualifications

Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from environmental consultants to provide technical services to the Berkshire Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (BBRLF). This work is part of BRPC’s regional Brownfield Program, and is funded through a federal Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. BRPC expects to enter into agreements with no less than two qualified firms.
