Attached is an announcement of the availability of Peer-to-Peer grants for FY12.  These grants, provided by the Department of Housing and Community Development, may be used only by Massachusetts CDBG Non-Entitlement communities to hire a colleague from another Massachusetts community with the expertise the requesting community needs to address a development problem or issue.
